A one year limited warranty is provided for repair or replacement of leather parts against manufacturing or material defects. The upholstery fabric used on your furniture has a limited warranty for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers seam failure, fabric separation and nap loss. Home Zone’s Limited Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the above listed parts resulting from manufacturing/workmanship and material defects. This warranty covers the useful life of the product under normal use.

Your manager Kenneth was very helpful to me as well cautious to protect Home Zones interests. Once he made sure that the problem did in fact exist and was caused by poor quality materials and or workmanship he fulfilled the warranty.
